A safety net, not surveillance
The monthly visit isn't a check-up. It's what makes sure that on the day something happens, the person who picks up already knows you, knows your doctors and knows who to call. That's the difference between a supplier and someone you can count on.
Your family in the loop — on your terms
After each visit, a report goes to the people you've chosen, in the app. You decide who sees what. Your daughter in Manchester stops worrying, without you having to narrate your week.
And if you come to need more
The day a safety net isn't enough, you move to a weekly plan — Présence, Sérénité or Complet (one to three visits a week, €150 to €400 a month) — without changing who you deal with.

Véyé remains a monitoring and coordination service: not medical care, and not an emergency service. For care itself, we coordinate the right professionals — doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, home help.

Do you cover Grand Baie, Tamarin, the west coast?
We're starting in the Plaines Wilhems (Curepipe, Vacoas, Quatre Bornes, Rose Hill). The north and west will follow demand — joining the waiting list is a vote for your area: we open where you are.
Is this an emergency service?
No. For a medical emergency, call SAMU Mauritius on 114. Véyé works either side of that: the up-to-date file that saves the medics time, and the coordinator who handles what comes next — clinics, family, getting you home.
I'm perfectly independent — why Véyé?
That's exactly the point. The Résident plan is built for people who are doing well: it isn't day-to-day help, it's the guarantee that if something does happen, someone who knows you picks up — instead of leaving your family to manage it from 6,000 miles away with a phone book.
Which language will my coordinator speak?
English, French or Creole — whichever suits you. Mauritius is trilingual and so are we; say which you'd rather use and that's the one we'll write your reports in.
Who can see my information?
You. And the people you invite, nobody else. Reports go to whoever you want — your daughter, your son, no one at all. It's a setting, and you can change it.
How does payment work?
A monthly subscription in euros, by card or transfer, with no commitment. Add-ons are charged as you use them, at the same prices for everyone.
